An important function of TTT's Casa Internacional Mérida is to promote professional development opportunities for faculty and staff. TTT is very open to hosting instructor exchanges and work-study sessions with partner colleges and universities. We have found this type of reciprocity fosters enriched professional relationships that are very beneficial to the participants' students. As well, the cultural perspective and international focus that is acquired through these experiences contributes to the overall competence and expertise of our institutions.
